Property information, parcel boundaries, ownership records, zoning data, and valuation estimates may contain inaccuracies. Users are responsible for independently verifying all information.

No Investment, Legal, or Financial Advice

The information and tools provided through the Service are for informational purposes only. The Company does not provide investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, or real estate brokerage services. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as a recommendation to buy, sell, or invest in any property.

AI and Automated Analysis Disclaimer

Certain features may rely on automated systems, algorithms, or machine learning models. These outputs may include property value estimates, land analysis, and automated summaries, which are generated automatically and may contain assumptions or inaccuracies. Users should not rely solely on automated analysis for investment decisions.

No Guarantee of Results or Profit

Use of the Service does not guarantee any financial outcome. Real estate investments involve risk, and users acknowledge that financial losses may occur. The Company does not guarantee the profitability of any investment or the accuracy of any property valuation.

Data Usage Restrictions

Users may not copy or download substantial portions of the database, scrape data using automated tools, resell or redistribute data obtained through the Service, use data to create competing products, or build derivative databases. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

Third Party Data and Services

The Service may rely on data from third-party providers. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or reliability of such data. Your use may be subject to third-party terms and policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including investment losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Total liability shall not exceed amounts paid by the user in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or misuse of data obtained through the Service.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms. Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations.

FCRA Compliance Notice

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles.
